Welcome to TM Logo Pro. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Right to Make Changes to the Agreement

TM Logo Pro reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

User Guidelines

By using our services, you agree to comply with the following guidelines:

• 2. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• 3. You must not attempt to interfere with the functioning of our services.
• 4. You must not infringe upon the rights of others, including copyright and intellectual property rights.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and intellectual property provided by TM Logo Pro are the property of TM Logo Pro and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our express written consent.

Revision Policy

The authorized number of revisions depends on the package you chose, and you may request as many changes as are specified in the package's specifics. We put a priority on giving our clients the greatest services possible, and we'll keep revising until your needs are satisfied. If the design concepts remain the same, you are not obligated to pay more money. Within 48 hours, you'll receive a new version of your logo. While every adjustment to a website's design will be given within 24 hours and every revision to a website's development will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours (depending on the revision complexity). The turnaround time for revisions on illustrative logos (logos featuring an illustration element or an illustrated design) is 48 hours.

New Order Processing Time

Turnaround time is the period of time from when you provide your design concepts to your account area and when you make your package purchase. The turnaround time ranges from 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours for all orders for new logos. The turnaround time is at least 48 hours from order confirmation and full brief submission for packages with four or more logo concepts. Additionally, the minimum turnaround time for new website designs (home/index, including redesign designs), after order confirmation and complete brief submission, is 48 hours. Please be aware that the turnaround time for developing a static website with five to seven websites is three to five business days. For all Friday and/or Saturday orders, the delivery period begins on Monday. The first concept for your chosen illustrative logo (logos with an illustration element or an illustrated design) will be sent within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

Refund Procedure

The refund policy of TM Logo Pro is void if

• 1. You've selected an all-inclusive plan.
• 2. The main design idea has been accepted.
• 3. You asked for adjustments.
• 4. The decision to cancel was taken for non-company-related reasons.
• 5. For more than two weeks of the project, the company has not been contacted.
• 6. Policies of the company have been broken.
• 7. For the same job, a different business or designer has been contacted.
• 8. The necessary details are missing from the creative brief.
• 9. A total redesign has been requested.
• 10. The assertion has gone beyond
• 11. The'request for reimbursement' time period for this claim has passed.
• 12. The company is altering its name or operations.
• 13. Under no circumstances will there be a refund for "change of mind," "disagreement with partner," or other factors unrelated to the service.
• 14. A refund will only be given for that specific service and "not" the entire bundle if a customer purchases a service bundle and is unhappy with any one service.
• 15. Once the final files have been sent to you in response to your request, no return request or processing will be accepted.
• 16. Free items are expressly exempt from returns and revisions.
• 17. After 30 days, the client will not be eligible for a refund for either the website or the logo.
• 18. Social media, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting are just a few of the services that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
• 19. Websites cannot be returned once the client has accepted the design and the website has been handed off to the developer.
• 20. Note that TM Logo Pro reserves the right to refuse any project or terminate the agreement at any time. You won't have any rights to utilize the designs after the refund; they will belong to TM Logo Pro exclusively. The designs will legally belong to the corporation.

• 3. As soon as we receive your request for a refund, we will react as quickly as we can. Once the necessary analysis is finished, we will then start the procedure.
• 4. You won't have any ownership rights to any designs supplied by TM Logo Pro after you've got your refund; instead, the information will be submitted to the Government Copyright Agencies for copyright acquisition in order to maintain legality.

Warranty Disclaimer

TM Logo Pro makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality or results of our services. While we strive to provide high-quality designs and customer satisfaction, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TM Logo Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We make every effort to meet your needs, and our designers make every effort to live up to your expectations. We are committed to offering the best designs, and each one of them has been carefully thought out and created.

Our goal is to meet or exceed your expectations, and we work hard to do so.

Until you are fully delighted with your design, we won't stop making adjustments (number of revisions will be according to your package).

Delivery Procedure

On the date indicated on the order confirmation, the entire order will be sent to the specified account, along with a confirmation email.

The turnaround time will depend on the package, with a minimum of two business days needed.

Contact our customer service team if you need to place an urgent order.

Maintenance of Records

Up to three months following project delivery, TM Logo Pro keeps track of final designs so that you can be given the identical file in the event of a lost order.

In the event that the client is late or doesn't respond for three months. No matter how far along a project is or how long its deadline has passed, TM Logo Pro will label the account as dormant. The client must pay the penalty fee assessed to their account in order to restore their account and retrieve the last files.
